Hi. I’m Greg. I was raised a faithful Mormon in Oak Park, IL, and most of my movies are about the absurdity of exiting that strange jello-obsessed religion. My debut short, “The Touch of the Master’s Hand,” won the Jury Prize for best U.S. fiction short at the Sundance Film Festival. And I’m making a new one that’s produced by Neon, in partnership with Kodak. I graduated with an MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

I produce movies too, ones that I think are creatively invigorating and that I selfishly want to be a part of so I get to watch them. Most recently, I produced Eve Liu’s short Nervous Energy, which is having it's international premiere at the Cannes Film Festival Director’s Fortnight. And also this year (2025) I produced Paradise Man (ii) directed by Jordan Michael Blake, which premiered at Sundance. DM me for a link to either if you wanna watch. Thanks!
